Customer service skills SUCK. nobody greets you when you walk in. I sat there for HOURS and nobody once told me to “hold on” “wait” or even say “give me a sec” i never got my hair shaped up. all i wanted was a 13 minute shape up. waited HOURS & never got my hair done because i left due to NOBODY saying anything to me. NOTHING at all. i highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. there are soooo many other barber shops im the area that you can go to & put your money towards. again i HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
